  • Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or in related health discipline, or MBA.

    If Master’s degree is not in Nursing, a Bachelor degree in Nursing is required, and 
  • Current nursing (RN) license in the North America, Western Europe, Australia/New Zealand, and
  • Seven (7) years of acute care hospital experience including four (4) years in a leadership role.
  • Current experience working in the specialty area.
  • Department Information

    The OB/GYN Clinic/Antepartum-Postpartum & Newborn Nursery (A-1)/Labor & Delivery (L&D) provide prenatal & perinatal care to ante- and post-partum women and newborns.

    The Gynecology/Oncology Clinics provide consultation and continuing care for a wide spectrum of conditions including menstrual complaints, menopausal symptoms, pelvic pain, vulvar abnormalities,

    uterine myomas, abnormal pap smears and uterine bleeding.


    Average monthly patient visits to the clinic: 1600-2200

    Average monthly deliveries are 115 per month, with a 65% high-risk patient population.


    The clinic consists of:

    3 Nurse's station

    8 examination rooms

    2 interview rooms,

    4 nurse rooms: assessment/clinic/NST

    3 rooms in the OB Ultrasound Department

    2 Procedure rooms.

    26 + Newborn Nursery


    No. Of Beds L&D:

    5 Labor/Delivery

    2 Surgical Suites

    2 Recovery & 2 High Dependency

    1 Perinatal Lab

    2 Triage

    5 Induction/Observation


    Nurse Patient Ratio:

    1:1 1:2-3 in L&D

    1:4-6 in A-1


    NHPPD:

    17.7 in L&D

    6.0 in A-1
