Ensure all governmental portal transactions are executed efficiently and on time.
Manage and maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
Support administrative operations to facilitate smooth business functioning.
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities.ResponsibilitiesGovernment Portal Management:
Handle all transactions related to MOE, Balady, Salama, and other government portals.
Ensure all company licenses, permits, and approvals are renewed before expiration.
Submit applications, updates, and requests on relevant portals as per legal requirements.
Monitor and resolve any issues related to portal transactions and ensure compliance.
Regulatory Compliance & Licensing:
Keep track of all regulatory requirements to maintain company compliance.
Work closely with relevant departments to ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted.
Liaise with government authorities to address licensing and permit-related concerns.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to HR & Administration teams for documentation and compliance tracking.
Maintain organized records of all submitted applications, approvals, and licenses.
Assist in general office management, procurement of necessary permits, and legal paperwork.
Government & External Liaison:
Communicate with government entities to stay updated on regulatory changes.
Represent the company in official government communications and visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and service providers.
Metrics & Reporting:
Maintain logs and reports on all governmental transactions and renewals.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management on licensing and compliance status.
Identify risks and propose solutions to streamline government-related processes.Skills requiredEssential:
Strong experience in handling government portals and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of licensing processes and administrative procedures in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to liaise effectively with government officials and regulatory bodies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation with accuracy
Desirable:
Previous experience in a government relations or administrative role.
Familiarity with Saudi e-government systems and processes.
Arabic language proficiency.Educational requirementsEssential:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Desirable:
