• Assists the Project Management and Site Supervision teams with contractual and administrative duties related to ongoing construction supervision services.
• Prepares, reviews, and maintains formal correspondence including letters, notices, and contractual communications in accordance with project procedures and consultancy scope.
• Ensures all outgoing and incoming correspondence aligns with AECOM’s standards and accurately reflects project records and contractual positions.
• Monitors contractor submittals, requests for information (RFIs), claims, and change requests, coordinating responses with relevant discipline leads and the Resident Engineer.
• Supports the tracking and documentation of variations, instructions, and contractual notifications to ensure compliance with agreed processes and timelines.
• Assists in maintaining project registers, logs, and databases including correspondence registers, variation logs, and contractual trackers.
• Coordinates with Document Control to ensure that all contractual documents are filed and archived properly within Aconex or equivalent project platforms.
• Reviews contract clauses, consultant scope, and contractor obligations to support the supervision team in preparing accurate and compliant responses.
• Attends site and coordination meetings as required and provides updates on correspondence, claims, and contractual matters.
• Works under general supervision, referring to the Senior Contracts Administrator or Resident Engineer for complex or high-risk contractual issues.
