**Description and Requirements**

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Assist in managing product quality across the entire lifecycle, from design to delivery.**
+ **Develop and implement quality improvement plans aligned with company standards.**
+ **Participate in early-stage product design to optimize for quality and performance.**
+ **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet functionality, cost, schedule, and quality goals.**
+ **Establish and refine quality management processes and standards.**
+ **Promote standardization and efficiency in the quality management system.**
+ **Conduct regular product quality monitoring and data analysis.**
+ **Identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.**
+ **Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.**
+ **Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.**
+ **Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product lines.**
+ **Maintain documentation and reporting for quality metrics and audits.**
+ **Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.**
+ **Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant innovations.**

**Your Experience and Skills:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
+ Internship or project experience in quality control, project management, or university innovation projects preferred.
+ Strong self-learning and adaptability skills.
+ High quality awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
+ Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking.
+ Expertise in process optimization and standardization.
