Key Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI): Act as the primary liaison between the test engineering department and the product project team to support the introduction of new notebook and desktop products into the factory. Test Program Support: Assist in the verification, debugging, and release of test programs developed by test engineers.
Contribute to the development of test sequences and procedures. Training & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive test procedures and provide technical training to production technicians and support staff. Trial Production Monitoring: Track and support trial production runs, identify and analyze cross-functional issues, and collaborate with R&D and factory teams to drive root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. Validation & Troubleshooting: Design and execute targeted validation plans to ensure all product testing-related issues are resolved thoroughly and efficiently. Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Electronics, Electromechanics, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in product development, testing, or test project management within the communications or electronics industry. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Demonstrated interest in computer programming and communication technologies, with strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in C#, C++, or Python is preferred, especially in the context of automation equipment development. Familiarity with PC production testing processes or prior experience in a similar manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Experience working with Linux-based systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
