Il/la candidato/a, in riporto alla funzione Bidding Support, Start-Up & Program Management di Milano, sarà responsabile di assicurare per le attività di Procurement, Plant & Equipment e Warehousing il pieno presidio:

  • della pianificazione e stima delle risorse necessarie sulle gare d'appalto

  • del supporto sui progetti aggiudicati nella fase iniziale di start-up.
  • Le responsabilità includono:

  • il coordinamento del team Start-up & Bidding Saudi;

  • il pieno e continuo allineamento con il Bidding e le altre competence line aziendali; 

  • la proattiva partecipazione alle trattative con i partner, i fornitori e i clienti;

  • la definizione, in accordo con il Project Manager sui progetti in start-up, del piano approvvigionamenti come da pianificazione concordata in fase di tender.
  • Requisiti

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o equivalente;

  • Min.

    15 anni di esperienza in ruoli di gestione Procurement di commesse superiori ai 500 mil di euro;

  • Conoscenza delle tecniche di acquisto e delle attività analitiche di “lettura” del mercato e di simulazione di piani di approvvigionamento a livello pluriennale;

  • Competenza nel raccogliere e analizzare dati;

  • Capacità di negoziazione e di gestione dei rapporti in contesti multinazionali;

  • Buona conoscenza di software per la gestione di fornitori e/o terze parti;

  • Capacità decisionale e di resistenza allo stress;

  • Eccellente capacità organizzativa e di gestione del tempo;

  • Leadership e teamworking;

  • Piena padronanza dell’Inglese.
