Overview of Role

The Customer Delivery Assistant supports the Project Manager and Customer Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Coordination:

  • - Liaise with end users and manage expectations
  • - Prepare and deliver civil work requirement documents
  • - Align installation logistics (e.g., cranes, forklifts)
  • - Address IT integration needs
  • Project Documentation & Planning:

  • - Maintain project plans (Gantt charts)
  • - Consolidate project documentation
  • - Ensure accurate shipping documentation
  • Site & Installation Management:

  • - Approve site drawings and civil works
  • - Manage installation teams and subcontractors
  • - Oversee installation and ensure final acceptance
  • Integration & Handover:

  • - Document integration processes with third-party software
  • - Support service team post-handover

  • Qualifications

  • - Strong communication skills
  • - Experience managing multiple projects
  • - Knowledge of IT and complex systems
  • - Installation project experience preferred
  • - Willingness to travel
  • - Experience with multi-agency and government clients
  • Qualifications

  • IT/Software degree or background
  • APMP, PRINCE2, or similar PM qualification preferred
  • Degree/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering ideal
  • Additional experience in H&S, QA, or process development is a plus
  •  Fluency in Arabic is essential
