Responsibilities:
Enforce and maintain the enterprise’s Business Continuity Policy, processes, and guidelines Implement precautionary Business Continuity measures for anticipated disruptions Perform gap and threat assessments and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders Collaborate with the BCM team to develop and maintain continuity plans and strategies Conduct business impact analyses (BIA) to evaluate potential risks and process impacts Plan, execute, and evaluate regular business continuity tests and update plans accordingly Document lessons learned and track BCM-related action items Design recovery scenarios and strategies for critical functions Identify critical dependencies and propose contingency plans Prepare seating plans for head office disruptions Support crisis management plan creation and enforcement Provide on-call support for emergencies requiring BCM activation Coordinate with IT, corporate services, and other departments to execute BCM policies Oversee vendor and outsourced service provider performance in BCM areas Develop and deliver BCM training and awareness programs Conduct BCM awareness surveys and identify training needs Manage audit requirements and ensure timely closure of BCM-related issues Work Pattern: In person
