Beyond Limits is looking to hire a Global Proposals Manager, to Coordinate and manage the overall proposal development and offer process.
This Global Proposals Manager will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Lead pursuits including responses to draft RFIs. RFQs, RFPs, and other solicitations for some of our most impactful customers to secure new or renewing contracts. Own the primary responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of compliant, compelling, customer-focused proposals. Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of proposal processes, including process documentation, tools, metrics, and training. Liaise with Technical, Business Development, and Finance teams to ensure proposal roadmaps are aligned with strategy. Provide high level review of budget and budget narrative against technical proposal, as needed. Manage a complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
Technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 7+ years of proven experience in sales or commercial proposal development and offer processes. Proposal management experience such as experience with evaluation notices, customer questions, source selection processes, and/or proposal evaluations. Demonstrated effectiveness leading diverse and geographically dispersed teams in virtual settings to achieve results. Ability to travel internationally as needed. Experience managing projects, proposals and large global bids. Demonstrated effectiveness leading diverse and geographically dispersed teams in virtual settings to achieve results.
