We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology.  Role Overview We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator Intern to support the HR team at Calo Riyadh.


You will assist with a variety of administrative HR duties, including tracking employee records, supporting payroll processing, and providing day-to-day administrative support to all employees.


This internship offers hands-on experience, exposure to real HR operations, and the opportunity to contribute to building a strong foundation for future talent.


Main Responsibilities Pre-boarding and onboarding management of new employees (issuing visas, contracts, collecting documentation, and orientation) Recruitment of new roles and collaborating with recruitment agencies Assist in managing payroll and benefits administration.


Overseeing the health and safety of all employees Implementing staff development plans in collaboration with the KSA headquarters  Orienting new employees and training existing employees Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment Assist in monitoring employee performance and providing growth-oriented feedback Supporting the HR teams and managers in managing people resources Ideal Candidate Qualifications  Saudi National Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic Knowledge and Competencies Basic understanding of HR functions (onboarding, recruitment, payroll, employee relations) Ability to manage and track employee records with attention to detail Familiarity with workplace health & safety standards Strong organizational and coordination skills Competent in using HR systems/tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to support training & development activities Personality Eager to learn and proactive Friendly and approachable Team-oriented and collaborative Professional, trustworthy, and adaptable Powered by JazzHR
