Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven IT Services Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT solutions, including software development, web and mobile applications, cloud services, managed IT support, AI/ML solutions, and ERP systems.

The role involves identifying potential clients, developing strong relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across various industries.

Generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and online platforms.

Understand client requirements and present customized IT solutions.

Create and deliver professional business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Collaborate with technical teams for project planning and delivery.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

Stay updated with the latest trends in IT, AI/ML, and ERP technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (or related field).

1–3+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to clients.

Strong lead generation and networking skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with AI/ML, ERP, Cloud, and Digital Solutions is a plus.
