POSITION OVERVIEW: Lead Infrastructure Designer position requires a visionary leader with strong technical expertise and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Infrastructure Engineer (Client Interface): Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.Sitewide Infrastructure Coordination: Oversee the integration of various infrastructure systems and ensure seamless coordination among different disciplines.Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with stakeholders, including governmental bodies, community representatives, and project partners, to gather input and foster collaboration.Preparation of Concept and Detailed Design Drawings: Develop comprehensive design drawings that reflect both conceptual and detailed aspects of the project.Design Reviews and Concept Presentations: Conduct thorough design reviews and present concepts to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.Design Reports: Prepare detailed design reports documenting methodologies, processes, and outcomes.3D Fly-Throughs: Create engaging 3D visualizations to help stakeholders visualize the project and its components.Site Supervision Support: Provide on-site support during construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications and addressing issues as they arise.Discipline Involvement
Transport (Roads): Design and coordinate road infrastructure to ensure efficient transportation networks.Wet Utilities:Potable WaterReused WaterFoul DrainageSurface Drainage and HydrologyDry Utilities:Information and Communication Technology (ICT)Electrical Systems (13.8kV, 33kV, 132kV, and 525kV)Rail Coordination and Sitewide Infrastructure Corridors: Plan and coordinate infrastructure corridors to integrate various utilities and transport systems.:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 18+ years of related work experience.
Professional Engineer registration may be required.SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required.
Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project.
