Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a Manager –Service Desk Operations for a client in Riyadh, KSA.

Must-Have: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support, service desk management, or IT operations within the banking sector.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, and familiarity with ISO/IEC 20000 standards.
Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification.
Nice to Have Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
