HKA is seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh.

This strategic role places you at the forefront of our brand and business development efforts across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), working closely with senior stakeholders and a collaborative global marketing team.

You’ll be instrumental in amplifying HKA’s reputation for excellence in risk management, dispute resolution, and expert witness services, supporting high-profile projects and driving engagement across diverse sectors.

The Opportunity:

Based in our Kingdom Centre Riyadh office, and reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director for the Middle East and Africa, you’ll work closely with the local Partner & Head of Operations and wider teams to lead marketing initiatives across KSA, while contributing to broader international campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow HKA’s brand presence in the Middle East.


• Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.


• Act as a brand ambassador, clearly articulating HKA’s value proposition.

Digital Marketing

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms.


• Coordinate thought leadership and news articles; manage website updates.


• Explore innovative digital strategies, including video content.


• Support colleagues in building their professional online presence.

Media Relations & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build relationships with regional media, journalists, and event organisers.


• Manage press releases and monitor media coverage.


• Engage with clients, agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Event Management

• Plan and deliver impactful regional events, from logistics to on-site execution.


• Track events in CRM, assess outcomes, and follow up on key actions.

CRM & Analytics

• Manage CRM systems for contacts and campaigns.


• Create email marketing and event campaigns using HubSpot.


• Monitor analytics and report insights to stakeholders.

Marketing Materials

• Prepare and review presentations to ensure brand alignment.


• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, liaising with suppliers as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Exceptional copywriting and proofreading abilities.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.


• Organised and client-focused approach.


• Experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business.


• Familiarity with website content management (preferably WordPress).


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

Desirable but not essential:

• Video production and editing skills for social media.


• Experience using HubSpot and VantagePoint.


• Background in the professional services industry.
