Salary: Full Total Package of 9,000 SAR/Month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across retail or entertainment branches, driving higher service quality and branch efficiency.
- Verify SOP checklists, review quality reports, and resolve operational anomalies to ensure process reliability and reduce weak links.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational health and improve effectiveness.
- Lead full-cycle process improvement initiatives: Design → Deploy → Measure → Refine.
- Identify and eliminate unnecessary OPEX costs, boosting overall performance.
- Foster team synergy, enhance individual and collective performance, and cultivate cultural alignment across branches.
- Collaborate closely with branch managers, visual merchandising teams, and quality assurance departments to maintain operational excellence.
- Conduct staff appraisals, enforce performance standards, and support ongoing development.
- Spearhead rollouts of new service concepts and contribute to smooth branch openings and expansions.
- Utilize Agile frameworks and tools like ASANA to manage tasks, track progress, and drive accountability.

- Operations Management: 3–5 years in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or start-up environments.
- Process Improvement: Proven ability to design, implement, and refine operational workflows.
- KPI Monitoring: Skilled in tracking performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
- Cost Optimization: Experience identifying and eliminating unnecessary OPEX.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile Methodologies is a great plus.
- Auditing & Reporting: Strong command of SOP verification, quality reporting, and compliance checks.
- Start-Up Scalability: Ability to build systems from scratch and scale operations in fast-growth environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic Thinking: Able to align operational decisions with broader business goals.
