About the opportunity:
Our Forestville site in South Australia is looking for Qualified Bakers and Process Operators to join its operations.
We are on the lookout for experienced Process Operators/Intermediate and Qualified Bakers to work across our production and slicing areas.
The positions involve ensuring our production targets and compliance processes are met and if you take pride in Health and Safety, Quality and enjoy a hands-on role within a team working environment, you will fit right in.
Opportunities currently exist for:
Process Operator – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7.30am - 2.00pm, and Thursday and Friday 7.30am - 6.00pm (12 month Fixed Term Contract)Qualified Baker – Monday 11.15am -8.45pm, Thursday 1.00am - 10.30am, Friday 1.00am - 11.30am, Saturday 5.00am - 3.30pmQualified Baker – Wednesday 5.00am - 12.30pm, Thursday, Friday 5.00am - 3.30pm and Saturday 4.00am - 3.30pmProcess Operator –Monday to Thursday 4.00am to 12.00pm and Friday 4.00am to 12.30pm You will be responsible for:
Operation of machinery and equipment as per safe operating proceduresExecutes start-up procedure and machine/equipment set ups, operational processes and cleaning processes correctly.Ensure all Food Safety and Quality incidents are accurately reported and recorded within specified time frames.Complete Quality Assurance and Food safety Induction and Competency quality assessment.Attend all relevant training programs.Achieve AERR and Waste on target.Active participation and attendance of weekly, monthly departmental meetings To be successful in this role you will need:
