Role Summary
The Project Manager (Staff Level) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing repair projects for rotating equipment, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external customers to maintain strong relationships, meet technical specifications, and achieve high-quality project outcomes aligned with Flowserve standards and procedures.
Your Role:
Take full ownership and accountability for end-to-end project execution, performance, quality, and safety from initiation to completion.
Manage repair projects for rotating equipment, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and customer expectations.
Ensure project kickoff with a “clean order” and utilize the change management process to control scope, cost, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to project objectives.
Monitor project budgets, control spending, and drive cost efficiency without compromising quality or safety.
Prepare and deliver project status reports, milestone updates, and escalation communications to all stakeholders as required.
Strengthen customer relationships by maintaining transparency, resolving conflicts promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Utilize project management tools and Microsoft Office applications for planning, tracking, and reporting project activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
3–5 years of project management experience in rotating equipment repair or related industrial services.
Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budgeting for repair projects.
Proven experience in risk assessment, change management, and issue resolution.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Greenbelt, Blackbelt, or Lean certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
