Job description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver consulting projects from opportunity assessment through project initiation, planning, execution, and final delivery.
The role requires ensuring world-class results aligned with client objectives, while fostering long-term, trust-based relationships built on shared success.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle: scope definition, execution plans, progress monitoring, budget control, timelines, and performance indicators.
Analyze RFPs and develop compelling technical proposals and implementation strategies.
Lead cross-functional consulting teams (organization design, job analysis, policies & procedures, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc.).
Establish project governance frameworks with KPIs, regular review meetings, and change-control mechanisms.
Engage effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve challenges proactively.
Oversee financial claims, invoicing schedules, and coordination with finance.
Ensure the highest quality of deliverables, exceeding client expectations and suggesting continuous improvements.
Identify risks early and provide proactive solutions, while spotting business development opportunities within ongoing projects.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills and sustain expertise.
Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).
Minimum 5 years of consulting project management experience, including at least 2 years in top-tier consulting firms.
Professional certification in project management (PMP or PRINCE2) is mandatory.
Knowledge of change management and stakeholder management (PROSCI or equivalent preferred).
Proficiency with advanced project management tools (MS Project, Monday, Jira, Power BI).
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to produce high-quality outputs under pressure in dynamic environments.

Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, and contingent workforce support.
Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, GOSI, HRDF, and employee relations practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management systems.
Highly organized, disciplined, and self-driven with strong communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred: Saudi national fluent in both Arabic and English.
