Job Summary
:
In this role, you will participate in reviewing the Design Consultants' design deliverables for compliance with facility/system functions, behaviors, and other design requirements.
You will provide oversight on system-level design verification and test requirements validation.
You will analyse data for compliance and reporting that will develop your professional work knowledge and abilities through the application of standard systems engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
Major Responsibilities:
Analyse data for compliaince and reporting that will develop professional work knowledge and abilities through the application of standard Systems Engineering techniques, procedures and criteria
Participates in defining facility/system functions, behaviors, and other design requirements, prepares the required documents including but not limited to, management plans and coordinates and facilitates technical discussion to resolve system design issues
Facilitate system-level design verification, requirements verification, test requirements specifications, and requirements flow down and traceability
Provides technical assistance to other Systems personnel and interacts with project functions, the customer, and regulatory agency personnel in the resolution of complex regulatory issues
Evaluates, and recommend standard Systems Engineering methods, techniques, procedures, and criteria, using independent judgment in making adaptations and modifications
Use Project’s Systems Engineering tool (such as IBM DOORS) for Requirements/Configuration for progress tracking and reporting.
Reviews facility/system functions, behaviors, and other design requirements, reviews the design criteria documents and coordinates and facilitates technical discussion to resolve system design issues
Coordinates system-level design verification, requirements verification, test requirements specifications, and requirements flow down and traceability
Coordinates work and collaborates with other engineering disciplines
Provides assistance to project and construction management in identifying and complying with project Systems requirements and in addressing issues as they arise during project execution Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Skill in assessing the scope of problems and developing practical solutions.Ability to coordinate and work with the other engineering disciplines, the client, designers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.Demonstrate flexibility in balancing competing deadlines, priorities, and resource availabilityAble to identify and articulate opportunities for procedural improvement, provide solutions and carry out implementation.Must have strong organizational, and teamwork skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and the desire to innovate designs as well as architecture/ engineering work processes.Proven ability to work within a diverse multicultural environmentTotal Rewards/Benefits:
