**Job Description:**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Architect Engineer** to join our team! The **Senior Architect Engineer** is responsible for Architect works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ **Fast-Track Concept and Design Delivery**
+ Lead the rapid development of **architectural concept designs** and design solutions for different types of projects, ensuring quick turnaround without compromising quality or functional requirements.
+ **Simultaneously manage and prioritize design efforts** across several active projects and deliverables to meet aggressive fast-track schedules.
+ Develop design alternatives, conduct feasibility studies, and provide expert technical consultation to resolve complex project issues quickly.
+ **Presentation and Visualization Mastery**
+ Take full ownership of creating **high-quality, impactful architectural presentations** and visualizations for client and executive stakeholders.
+ Produce sophisticated, compelling design outputs using a combination of **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and advanced rendering software** .
+ Articulate design intent and project solutions clearly and persuasively to gain rapid alignment and approval from all stakeholders.
+ **Project Management and Technical Execution**
+ Oversee all project phases from early concept through construction documentation and administration, ensuring strict adherence to the project scope and schedule.
+ Direct and coordinate external consultants (e.g., structural, MEP) and in-house teams to produce integrated and compliant construction documents.
+ Ensure all designs and documentation comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and quality assurance protocols specific to large, complex developments.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, and a valid Architectural License/Registration is required.
+ Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, including extensive experience leading design and delivery on **mega or large-scale, fast-track construction projects.**

**What Desired Skills You’ll Bring**

+ **Conceptual Research & Strategy:** **Excellent research skills** with the ability to quickly gather and synthesize information to build innovative conceptual design ideas.
+ **Software Mastery (Crucial):** Advanced proficiency and speed in using:
+ **AutoCAD** (for 2D drafting and documentation).
+ **SketchUp** (for rapid 3D modeling and conceptualization).
+ **Adobe Photoshop** and other graphic software (for high-quality rendering and presentation work).
+ Proficiency in at least one **rendering software** for compelling visualizations.
+ Working knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit) is highly desirable.
+ **High-Volume Management:** Demonstrated ability to successfully manage design development for **multiple, concurrent projects** under demanding deadlines.
+ **Design & Problem Solving:** Exceptional talent for fast, creative conceptual design and technical problem-solving.
+ **Communication & Presentation:** Outstanding verbal and visual communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver engaging, top-quality presentations to senior decision-makers.
