Job Description- Manage, maintain, and monitor IT monitoring tools including: 
 
                  o OBM
                 o NNMI
                 o UCMDB (Universal Configuration Management Database)
                 o NetScout
                 o RUM (Real User Monitoring)
                 o Network Automation Tools
                 o AppDynamics or equivalent APM tools
- Collaborate with various IT infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure proactive monitoring coverage and incident detection.
 - Administer and configure monitoring policies, thresholds, event correlation rules, and dashboards for various platforms.
 - Maintain CMDB accuracy and ensure tight integration between monitoring, discovery, and automation tools.
 - Analyze monitoring gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize visibility and reduce incident response times.
 - Act as an SME for monitoring during audits, incidents, and project discussions.
 - Provide guidance to junior team members and support cross-functional training initiatives.
 
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT monitoring or related infrastructure roles.
 - Strong hands-on expertise with enterprise monitoring tools listed above.
 - Proven experience working in large-scale, complex, and regulated environments (preferably banking or financial services).
 - Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, applications, databases) and how they interrelate.
 - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 - Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
 
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have): 
- Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, HP Certified Professional, AppDynamics Certified, etc.)
 - Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
 - Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and their integration with monitoring systems.
