Role Overview:
In our Financial Services practice, we are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager
specializing in integrating AI/ML into Counterfraud. This pivotal role leverages AI's real-time analysis,
machine learning, and task automation to fortify counterfraud efforts, enhancing efficiency in
detection processes. The ideal candidate will champion a unified service offering for our financial
services clients, blending compliance and security efforts to overcome organizational inefficiencies
and navigate the evolving landscape of counterfraud.
Required Skillset:
• 6-10 years of experience in Risk Management with consulting firms or Banks and other
Financial Services
• Certifications like CFA, FRM, CQF
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML techniques, including Python, R, and other relevant tools
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and email drafting skills)
• Good organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Relevant Experience:
• Applying AI/ML techniques to fortify counterfraud measures
• Integrating machine learning algorithms for identifying and preventing fraudulent activities
• AI-driven model development, validation, and re-development activities for counterfraud
• Collaboration in the review and enhancement of fraud detection models and risk assessment
tools
• Periodic reporting of fraud risk metrics using advanced AI/ML methodologies
Technical Knowledge:
• Understanding and experience in counterfraud function with a focus on AI/ML integration
• Knowledge of banking products, operations, and regulatory landscape related to fraud risk
• Proficiency in AI/ML techniques, including Python, R, and other relevant tools
• Experience in integrating AI/ML in retail banking, corporate banking, capital markets, and
other financial services for counterfraud measures
• Expertise in statistical methods and advanced machine learning algorithms for counterfraud
applications
