Job Description
In this role you will be responsible and accountable for all phases of projects and programs from inception through completion for multiple programs as well as, developing and delivering as per the program scope and specifications, program budgets, financial and commercial contract terms and conditions. You will be reporting to the Head of Programme for the Middle East Region and Middle East Programs Team in the preparation and coordination of proposals, contracts, conditions and pricing of the program to customer tender requirements and the quality, schedule and cost performance of programs or projects based on the agreed program / project scope.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the oversight of projects from beginning to end to ensure their success and reporting on Program KPIs, objectives and milestones achievement. Responsible for meeting the financial objectives of the program by forecasting requirements. Responsible for identifying and categorizing risks and working with stakeholders to mitigate risks which may impact successful implementation of the program. Responsible for developing and measuring criteria to monitor program schedules. Work closely with stakeholders to determine program scope, project migration plans and a strategy that meets our customer's needs. Acts as a liaison between the customer and CoE to ensure project migration activities and requirements are clear and delivered within contractual obligations. The Individual
Extensive experience in program and project management in technology, building industries, infrastructure, construction, Baggage Handling Systems, integration industries. 4-7 years of experience in project or program environment in a leadership capacity. Experience in systems integrations and working on green and brown fields projects is preferred. Working experience in construction sites is added advantage. Experience of working in the KSA region with government entities is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field. Project Management Certification (PMI or equivalent) is preferred. Strong Microsoft Project/Excel skills, including advanced techniques. Financial and problem-solving skills including carrying out detailed analysis of program performance and presenting mitigation plans. Arabic speaking or Bi-lingual is a must;(Candidates based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh or Jeddah area is preferred.)
